Steven Ridolfi previously served as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions at Bombardier Inc. where he led the strategic planning and business evaluation functions of the company. Prior to that Mr. Ridolfi was the President of Business Aircraft, a world leader in corporate aviation, and President of Bombardier Regional Aircraft, the company’s commercial aircraft unit.
Mr. Ridolfi has a long and distinguished career in aerospace dating back to 1982 when he joined de Havilland Inc. as an aeronautical engineer. Mr. Ridolfi has held various leadership positions with increasing scope and responsibilities in aviation including positions in airline analysis, marketing, research and development, product planning, aircraft programs and customer support. Mr. Ridolfi holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University and has completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard University.
Cameron MountenayChief Financial Officer
Cameron is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Chorus Aviation Capital. Prior to joining Chorus, Cameron spent over 25 years with Bombardier, where he most recently served as Vice President, Structured Finance for Bombardier Aerospace Group and prior to that as Chief Financial Officer for Bombardier Commercial Aerospace. Cameron is an avid cyclist and motorsports fan and also volunteers as the president of his local ice hockey association.
Cameron holds a Certified Public Accountant designation from York University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Durham College.
J. Bruce PeddleChief Operating Officer
J. Bruce Peddle has over 30 years of experience in the global aerospace and airline industries. Prior to the establishment of Chorus Aviation Capital, Bruce was Vice President, Aircraft Leasing and Trading with Chorus Aviation Inc., with specialization in aircraft transactions including: commercialization, strategy development, asset life cycle management, MRO and operational support.
Prior to joining Chorus, he held various senior management positions including: Vice President, Bombardier Aerospace; Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Bombardier Flexjet; Vice President, Commercial Embraer North America; and Managing Director of Embraer Asia Pacific.
Dennis LopesChief Legal Officer
Dennis is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Chorus Aviation Inc. Dennis has held senior legal roles with several companies, both within and outside the transportation sector. He has previously served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Purolator Inc., where he held a broad portfolio of responsibilities beyond the legal function, including corporate security, stakeholder relations, and procurement. He also served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Discovery Air Inc., responsible for the legal function as well as enterprise risk management, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing transactions and litigation management. Most recently, Dennis served as Assistant General Counsel and head of the Corporate, External and Legal Affairs function for Microsoft Canada, where he was responsible for policy advocacy, community engagement and customer licensing agreements. Before moving in-house, Dennis was a Corporate/Securities Associate with Goodmans LLP.
Dennis holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2002. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from Queen’s University.
Raymond GormanVice President, Finance & Accounting
Ray is responsible for the CAC finance team based in Dublin. That team is responsible for the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and forecasting for the business.
Ray has over nine years of direct experience in aircraft leasing having spent over eight years with AWAS prior to joining CAC, where his responsibilities included overseeing all external reporting activities for the Group, managing the team responsible for billing, receipting, operational resets and cash management, and providing technical accounting guidance to various parts of the business.
Ray began his career with PwC where he managed the audit and advisory engagements for a number of aircraft leasing businesses, treasury operations and several Special Purpose Vehicles situated in Ireland. Ray is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Ireland. He holds an MBA and Master’s in Accounting from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School Dublin and a Business Degree from Dublin Institute of Technology.
Fabio LigiVice President, Lease Originations - Americas, Europe
Fabio joined Chorus in early 2019 and is currently based in the U.K. Prior to joining the company, Fabio had leadership responsibilities for sales campaigns of Bombardier Commercial Aircraft in the Americas, and subsequently in Europe, during a 22-year span. His earlier days in regional aviation were in the International Sales and Marketing group of Saab Aircraft in the EMEA region.
Fabio is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, has completed an M.Sc. degree in Air Transport Management at Cranfield University in Bedford, U.K. and has a First Class (Hons) bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from City University, London. Fabio has obtained a private pilot license at the Alitalia Flying School in Alghero, Italy.
Prashant MahajanVice President, Lease Originations - Asia/Pacific, Africa, Middle East
Mr. Mahajan joined Chorus Aviation Capital Singapore PTE. Ltd. in March 2018 and has over 22 years of global aerospace experience in regional aircraft sales and marketing, leasing, and asset management.
Most recently he held the position of Director of Sales Asia Pacific for Bombardier based in Singapore. In this position he was the top deal closer of the sales team and top sales revenue driver on the regional team. For the last decade, he expanded his sales and marketing roles by selling regional aircraft and growing Bombardier’s commercial aircraft business across Asia Pacific.
He holds a B.Sc. in Aviation Management and an MBA from the University of Florida. Mr. Mahajan also holds an FAA private pilot’s license.
Rory McQueenVice President, Capital Markets & Structured Finance
Joining Chorus Aviation Capital in 2017, Rory has focused on arranging and executing the financing requirements for the leasing fleet. Over the last 3 decades, Rory has specialized in structured finance in the aviation sector, working for the manufacturer Bombardier, the private operator VistaJet and the helicopter lessor, LCI.
Rory commenced his career in finance in Chester, England joining the Bank of Scotland’s asset finance house, NWS Bank in 1990. He quickly gained experience in aviation finance within the Bank of Scotland group and over the next 13 years financed aircraft from helicopters, business aircraft right up to Boeing 777s, either as direct lead lender or through bank syndication.
His passion for aviation did not stop at spreadsheets. Rory gained his fixed wing private pilot’s license (PPL), then added additional ratings, including an aerobatics course. This was further added to when he gained his PPL for helicopters.
James MurphyVice President, Transactions and Control
Jim is currently the Vice President, Transactions and Control at Chorus Aviation Capital. Jim joined the Chorus Aviation Capital team in May 2017 where he coordinates and provides oversight on the front-end of deal evaluations and manages the relationship with some of our financing partners.
With 23 years of experience in aviation, Jim has worked with airlines such as Canadian Airlines, Air Canada, and Jazz Aviation, with progressive levels of responsibility in Finance, Fleet Management and Aircraft Programs.
Jim is a graduate of the Saint Mary’s University MBA program.
Una SlevinVice President & Head of Contracts
Una Slevin joined Chorus Aviation Capital in September 2017 as Vice President and Head of Contracts.
Prior to joining Chorus, Ms. Slevin was Director, Finance and Operations for CIT Aerospace International having joined in 2005 and managed portfolio of $6.5bn owned and managed assets.
In her early career, Ms. Slevin spent several years in the UK working for various financial institutions.
Ms Slevin holds a B.Comm and H.Dip.Ed. from University College Cork, Ireland, is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), a member of the Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers, and the Institute of Directors.
Alexander ViningDirector, Commercial Analysis
Alexander is currently the Director, Commercial Analysis at Chorus Aviation Capital. In his role, Alexander works with the Commercial Team to plan and execute on all analysis activities to support the acquisition, management, and transition of all CAC aircraft assets.
Prior to joining Chorus, Alexander spent time with GECAS in the Fleet Strategy and Forecasting Team and with Jazz Aviation, Canada’s leading regional airline, in various roles within the Flight Operations department.
Alexander holds a Bachelor of Management Degree in Commercial Aviation Management from Western University (London, Canada), where he obtained his commercial pilot’s license. Alexander also holds an M.Sc. in Aviation Finance from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Clair HayesDirector of Legal
Clair is Director of Legal at Chorus Aviation Capital, where she is responsible for managing and advising on all aspects of the business including sale and leaseback transactions, aircraft sale and purchase agreements, lease novations, finance/security arrangements, and maintenance/servicing agreements. Clair is responsible for Chorus Aviation Capital’s legal function in Ireland and advises on all Irish corporate governance and compliance matters.
Before joining Chorus in October 2019, Clair was a Senior Associate at Matheson, a top tier law firm in Dublin and advised on some of the most noteworthy transactions in the financial services sector in recent years.
Clair was admitted to the role of solicitors in Ireland in 2012 and holds a B.A., LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
She is a director on the board of Cliona’s Foundation, an Irish children’s charity which provides financial assistance to families with critically and terminally ill children.
Jithin AbrahamCommercial Analyst
Jithin joined Chorus Aviation Capital in June 2019 as part of the Summer Internship Programme and currently works as an Analyst with the Commercial team. He previously interned with the Technical Operations team at Air India Express.
Jithin has a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Hindustan University in India, a master’s degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, and was awarded the 2018 ISTAT Joseph Nadol scholarship to pursue a Master of Science degree in Aviation Finance at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Alex FoleyTechnical Analysis Intern
Alex joined Chorus Aviation Capital in April 2021 as a Technical Analysis Intern. Prior to joining Chorus, Alex completed internships at numerous firms including State Street, KPMG, and most recently AerCap where he spent time in both the Aircraft Specification and Technical Finance departments. Alex holds an MSc in Aviation Finance from the UCD Smurfit Business School and is also a UCD Bachelor of Commerce graduate.
Artem GeurtsenContracts Manager
Artem joined Chorus as a Contract Manager in July 2018. Prior to joining Chorus, Artem worked at Avia Capital Leasing (part of VTB Leasing) in the Contracts department, where he was the main point of contact for clients, ensured management of delayed cash receipts, insurance and LC matters, performed maintenance adjustment, and forecasting. Artem is an expert in Asset Management Systems and other IT applications.
Artem holds a diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland and B.Sc. in Engineering from Sevastopol National Technical University.
Naomi HealyAccounting Technician
Naomi is currently the Accounting Technician for Chorus Aviation Capital based in our Dublin office. Naomi works with our Finance Team to manage the accounts payable function, assist in the preparation of financial reporting, coordinate transactions, facilitate tax registration and bank account opening, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with the management accounts and financial statements.
Prior to joining CAC, Naomi started her aviation career as Corporate Services Administrator with Apex IFS Limited. Through the years, Naomi worked closely with clients from the onboarding of their entities to managing the compliance element required for each of their structures.
Naomi is a qualified Accounting Technician and is currently completing her final exams to achieve a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance at TU Dublin. Naomi also holds a Certificate in Commercial and Personal General Insurance and a Certificate in Business Law and Legal Studies.
Liam KavanaghFinance Manager
Liam joined Chorus as a member of our Finance team in February 2019. Prior to this, Liam spent three years in the Apex group, specialising in aviation accounting.
Liam is ACCA qualified and also possesses a Finance Degree from University College Cork and Specialist Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from University of Limerick.
Shirley KwurueFinance Manager
Shirley joined the team as Finance Manager in September 2018. Prior to this, Shirley spent over 10 years working across various companies as a qualified accountant, with her area of speciality being Property Investment Accounting and Management Information reporting. Her previous employers are TMF, Ulster Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and BDO Ireland.
Shirley is Fellow of ACCA, holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards and a Tax Technician Qualification and obtained her degree in Accounting and Finance from Dublin Business School.
Noel MulcahyTechnical Asset Manager
Noel joined Chorus’ Technical Asset Management team in April 2019. Noel has over 16 years’ experience in the aviation industry, working in several roles within Shannon Aerospace and ASL Airlines.
Prior to joining Chorus, Noel was Fleet Principal within ASL Airlines technical services department, where he was responsible for the continuing airworthiness management and aircraft transitions in the assigned fleet.
Noel holds an EASA Part 66 Maintenance Engineers License in addition to a Certificate in Business in Technical Aircraft Management through the Irish Aviation Authority and Institute of Technology Carlow.
Steven MulliganRisk Manager
Steven is currently Risk Manager for Chorus Aviation Capital where he works in the risk function within the commercial team, which includes performing due diligence on lessees before entering a lease and monitoring lessee performance during the lease term.
Before joining Chorus in June of 2017, Steven spent two years at JP Morgan in the Middle Office team as an analyst.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Science International Business degree with a Finance concentration from Northeastern University of Boston, USA, a Bachelor of Arts Global Business degree from DCU of Dublin, Ireland, and an M.Sc. Aviation Finance degree from University College Dublin, Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Dollyveirra NtambweTechnical Finance Manager
Dollyveirra joined Chorus Aviation Capital in May 2018 as a Commercial Analyst. Along with participation across all commercial functions, Dollyveirra takes a strong focus on the technical related commercial aspects.
Prior to joining Chorus, Dollyveirra has worked as Engineering Officer with the Atlantic Aviation Group as well as a technical and commercial executive with Aerospace Industries (AIAP).
Dollyveirra has completed a B.Eng. in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick and an M.Sc. in Aviation Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Anton SukhovTechnical Asset Manager
Anton joined Chorus Aviation Capital in August 2019. Prior to joining Chorus, Anton worked with Avia Capital Leasing Limited as a Technical Asset Manager. He was responsible for delivery and acceptance of new assets and following technical management, including aircraft inspections and records review.
Anton holds a Higher Certificate of Maintenance of Aircraft and Engines from Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation and a Certificate in Technical Aircraft Management from the Institute of Technology Carlow.
